Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage, including packaging. This allows us to assess the issue and guide you on the next steps.

Insured Shipments
In the case that your order was insured and damaged during transit, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping provider. Documentation (including photos and tracking details) may be required by the carrier.
Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content (eBooks, guides, and journals), all digital sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.
Preorders
All preorder purchases are considered final sale. If your shipping address changes before fulfillment, please email us immediately with updated details.
